Dimension Films has optioned Necropolis, a pitch that Paul W.S. Anderson will write and produce.
No director is yet on board the project which is described as a psychological ghost story set in Chicago.
He last wrote, directed and produced the Screen Gems feature Resident Evil and is currently producing its sequel, Resident Evil: Apocalypse. He will next direct 20th Century Fox's Alien vs. Predator, which he also wrote.
